These terms describe permitted use of the HEI Market informational website, a concept in development led by John Kuriger. They apply to this website only. If you do not agree with these terms, please discontinue use.
Purpose and development status
This site presents a proposed approach to connecting business referral partners with home-equity investment and shared-equity providers. Features described—including matching, provider controls, status visibility, integrations and lifecycle monitoring—are plans or concepts and may change or never become available.
The current site does not accept consumer financing applications, operate a live marketplace, make credit decisions, provide financial products or issue binding offers. It does not offer individual consumers access to a partner platform.
Information, not financial advice or an offer
Content is general information, not personalized financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and is not an offer or commitment to lend, invest, arrange financing or enter a partnership. Consult appropriate professionals before making decisions. Home-equity investments can involve significant costs, repayment obligations and risks; they are not free money.
Independent providers and future relationships
Any future product availability, eligibility, pricing, customer contact and funding decisions will depend on the relevant provider, applicable rules and separate agreements. No approval, funding, compensation or specific result is guaranteed. Mention of a provider does not establish a partnership or endorsement.
A conversation or email does not create a referral, brokerage, agency or other commercial agreement. Any future partner access, compensation, data sharing or service obligations must be separately agreed by the appropriate parties.
Appropriate use and inquiries
You may use this site to learn about the concept and make legitimate business inquiries. Do not misrepresent your identity or authority, interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site unlawfully. Please do not send customer financial records or other sensitive personal information through the site's email links. Do not submit confidential business materials unless a separate confidentiality arrangement has been agreed.

Original site content and branding belong to their respective owners. You may link to the site and share its link for discussion; other use of original content requires permission unless allowed by law. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
