Privacy Policy

This policy describes information handling for the HEI Market informational website, a concept in development led by John Kuriger. It covers this website and partnership inquiries sent through its contact links, not any future referral platform or an independent financing provider.

Information received

If you email us, we receive your email address, name and any business details or other information you choose to include. The current site has no financing application, document-upload feature or partner registration form. Please do not send Social Security numbers, credit reports, bank statements or identifiable customer financial information.

Website hosting, delivery and security services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser and device details, requested pages, referring URLs and request times to deliver and protect the site.

How information is used and shared

Inquiry information is used to respond, discuss potential partnerships, maintain business correspondence and protect against misuse. Information may be handled by email, hosting and security service providers that support these activities. It may also be disclosed when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety or security.

We do not sell partnership inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Sending an inquiry does not authorize us to submit a financing application or send customer information to an HEI provider.

Cookies, fonts and third-party services

The site's own code does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics tools or cookies. Hosting and access-control services may use cookies or similar technologies for authentication, security and site delivery. Where ChatGPT sign-in is required, authentication is handled by OpenAI; do not send us your password.

The site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request these files, which exposes your IP address and request information to Google. See Google Fonts FAQs and Google's Privacy Policy. Hosting and sign-in services are subject to applicable OpenAI privacy disclosures as well.

We have not installed tools to track you over time across third-party websites. The site's own code does not change its behavior in response to browser Do Not Track signals. Third-party services handle browser signals under their own policies. Browser settings can limit cookies, but doing so may affect sign-in or access.

Retention and security

Inquiry correspondence is retained while needed for the discussion, related business records, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Retention of technical service records is governed by the relevant service provider's practices. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your requests

You may ask to review, correct or delete inquiry information you provided, or ask us to stop partnership follow-up, by emailing john@homeequitycontracts.com. We may need to verify the request and retain records where required by law or needed for legitimate recordkeeping. Additional privacy rights may apply depending on your location and applicable law.

Audience and policy updates

This site is intended for adult business and professional audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can address it. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised effective date. Data handling for any future application or partner portal will be addressed before those features launch.
